WinkPKR Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

By accessing, browsing or using the WinkPKR platform in any way — including registering an account, depositing funds, playing any game, claiming any bonus or simply visiting the website — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using WinkPKR immediately and close your account if one exists.

These Terms apply to every interaction you have with WinkPKR, including all games, promotions, the VIP Club, customer support, the payment system and any other feature of the platform. They should be read alongside WinkPKR's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinkPKR.

To register and use WinkPKR you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinkPKR strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any funds held will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be accessing WinkPKR from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location before registering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party. Opening an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a WinkPKR employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded from WinkPKR or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual person may hold only one WinkPKR account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering with WinkPKR, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. WinkPKR is entitled to request documentation to verify any information provided at any time.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

WinkPKR is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You will be required to provide at minimum a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification may also be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your WinkPKR login credentials. Do not share your username, password or two-factor authentication details with any other person. WinkPKR will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility. Notify WinkPKR support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All WinkPKR accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, transactions, bonuses and payouts are expressed and processed in PKR. WinkPKR does not offer multi-currency accounts.

WinkPKR accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for use in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit cards and IBFT bank transfers. WinkPKR does not accept payments from payment methods not listed here.

4.1 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the deposit section of your WinkPKR account. WinkPKR reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time for operational, security or responsible gaming reasons.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your WinkPKR balance within seconds of confirmation. IBFT bank transfers are credited within one business day after funds clear. WinkPKR does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside WinkPKR's control.

4.3 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money used comes from a legitimate source and belongs to you personally. WinkPKR is required to perform source of funds checks for accounts with high deposit volumes and reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the origin of deposited funds.

Withdrawal requests at WinkPKR are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawals to a different method require additional verification and approval from WinkPKR's finance team.

5.1 Withdrawal Minimums and Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Processed within minutes for verified accounts
• IBFT bank transfer: Processed within one business day
• Debit card withdrawal: 1–3 business days

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal, WinkPKR requires that (a) your account is fully KYC-verified, (b) any deposit bonus funds have met their applicable wagering requirements, and (c) no active fraud or security investigation is pending on your account. WinkPKR reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing during investigations without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

WinkPKR does not charge fees on standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. IBFT transfers are subject to your bank's standard transfer fee, which WinkPKR does not control and does not absorb. VIP Club Gold tier and above members receive enhanced withdrawal processing priority as part of their tier benefits.

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have a withdrawal limit of Rs 500,000 per week. Elite VIP members have no maximum withdrawal limit. Limits between these points vary by VIP tier and are published in the VIP Club section of the platform. WinkPKR may apply enhanced limits for large single wins at its discretion and may spread payment of very large wins over multiple withdrawal cycles.

WinkPKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all WinkPKR bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly override them.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most WinkPKR deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per offer) that must be wagered before the bonus and any derived winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are published on each bonus offer page. Games contribute at different rates: Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and poker contributes 5% unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All WinkPKR bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation — typically 7 or 14 days as stated on the specific offer. Bonuses not met within the expiry period will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings. Expiry timers are visible in the Bonuses section of your WinkPKR account.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one WinkPKR bonus can be active per account at any given time. To activate a new bonus, the existing active bonus must either be completed (wagering requirement met) or forfeited. Forfeiting a bonus removes both the bonus funds and any winnings generated while the bonus was active.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

WinkPKR reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, and exploiting any technical errors in bonus calculations.

All games available on WinkPKR are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game. WinkPKR's role in most games is to provide the platform and connect players with certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators and are not influenced by WinkPKR.

7.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a malfunction, software error or technical fault during gameplay, any bets placed or winnings generated during the period of the malfunction may be declared void at WinkPKR's discretion. A malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. WinkPKR will notify affected players and, where possible, return affected stakes within 48 hours.

7.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is interrupted during a game, the session will be recorded by WinkPKR's servers. Any completed game round will stand regardless of whether the result was received by your device. Pending game rounds at the time of disconnection will be completed by the server and the result recorded. Reconnecting to WinkPKR will show the outcome of any round completed during disconnection.

7.3 Poker-Specific Rules

WinkPKR's poker room is governed by standard Texas Hold'em, Omaha and other variant rules as displayed within each game. Anti-collusion monitoring is active at all times. Players found to be colluding — sharing hole card information, coordinating raises, or any other form of cooperation to exploit other players — will have their accounts closed and winnings forfeited.

7.4 RTP and House Edge Disclosure

WinkPKR publishes Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slot games and the theoretical house edge for all table games in the game information panel accessible from each game lobby. These figures represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WinkPKR. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, closure and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account (whether personally or through a proxy, VPN or third party)
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using WinkPKR for any form of money laundering, structuring or other financial crime
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other automated means to interact with WinkPKR games or services
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the WinkPKR platform or any game
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game
• Engaging in chip dumping — deliberately losing chips to another player to transfer value
• Accessing WinkPKR on behalf of another person or allowing another person to access your account
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with WinkPKR's software or infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening or abusing WinkPKR staff, other players or any third party via WinkPKR's platform

WinkPKR takes responsible gaming seriously and has integrated tools and safeguards directly into the platform to support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits. The following tools are available to all WinkPKR players at no cost from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits – daily, weekly and monthly caps on total deposits
• Loss Limits – caps on how much you can lose in a given period
• Session Time Limits – reminders and automatic disconnection after a set period
• Reality Checks – pop-up reminders showing session duration and net win/loss
• Self-Exclusion – temporary (24 hours to 12 months) or permanent account suspension on request
• Cooling-Off Periods – short mandatory breaks from the platform

Activating deposit limits takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit is active. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration — WinkPKR will not reinstate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires regardless of any request from the player.

WinkPKR's responsible gaming team monitors account behaviour and may proactively reach out to players displaying indicators of problematic gaming. This outreach is supportive and non-judgmental. All content on the WinkPKR platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, icons, animations, audio and the WinkPKR brand name and mark — is the property of WinkPKR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use WinkPKR solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, reproduce or create derivative works from any WinkPKR content for any commercial or public purpose without WinkPKR's prior written consent.

WinkPKR collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering with WinkPKR you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

WinkPKR does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated service providers required to operate the platform (payment processors, identity verification services, game providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. WinkPKR uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform.

WinkPKR's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's WinkPKR account balance at the time the claim arises. WinkPKR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

WinkPKR does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Maintenance windows, technical issues and third-party outages may affect availability. WinkPKR is not liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime.

The games available on WinkPKR involve risk. Placing a wager means accepting the possibility of losing the staked amount. WinkPKR accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of gameplay. Players are responsible for their own decisions on the platform.

WinkPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Multiple accounts or identity sharing
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed
• WinkPKR ceasing to offer services in a particular jurisdiction

Upon closure for breach of Terms, WinkPKR is entitled to retain any balance in the account. Upon voluntary closure or closure for inactivity, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method following verification.

WinkPKR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, WinkPKR will notify registered players via email and/or a notification displayed upon next login, giving a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect for existing players where the changes affect existing rights or obligations.

Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, formatting updates) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is updated with every revision. Your continued use of WinkPKR following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and your relationship with WinkPKR are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to WinkPKR's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to WinkPKR's customer support team for resolution. WinkPKR commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through WinkPKR's internal complaints process, the player may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in WinkPKR's licencing documentation. WinkPKR will cooperate fully with any such process. WinkPKR does not waive any legal rights or defences by engaging in dispute resolution procedures.
